13 reviews for Fanhaw 20 Oz Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with 1 Lid (Chug Lid) – For School, Kids, Women, Men | Leak & Sweat Proof with Anti-Dust Lid (Green Blue)

I bought this as I have to drive for a side hustle I do and it is summer. It does keep my water cool. I don’t like the straw it bobs about too much for me. I have to be careful how I drink out of it as it tends to drip on me. The spout is not as big as I’d like. I’m keeping it as it does keep my drink cool in my hot car while I’m doing my job. It does stand up to being dropped. However, I am on the lookout for a bottle I like better.

The thing I like best about this is the spout. It requires no straw. I hate cleaning straws. The mouth piece is completely enclosed when lid is shut so it’s sanitary to put my mouth on it, since it’s not exposed and nothing else has touched it. It’s the perfect size—not huge and cumbersome. It fits in my car cup holder easily and in my drink holder on my carry on luggage. It’s lightweight enough to carry around with no worries of leaks or spilling. Keeps beverages cold. I will still have ice in it at end of day. It is no problem to keep refilling this a few times throughout the day, this does not inconvenience me in any way as I very much prefer this 20 oz size over a bigger size. I have dropped it a lot and it doesn’t dent or scratch easily. This is my 2nd one. I also love the color.

Keeps beverages cold or hot. Fits perfectly in lunch bag. Visually attractive.

I was hesitant in getting a smaller drink carrier. I have now found it to be very convenient. Keeps drink pretty cold for a while. *Not as long as my larger RTIC cup, but handier to carry everywhere, even in my purse. No leaking and love the pop open top to take a drink. No unsnapping to open, quick press of the button and it pops open then clicks shut easier too. Fits every drink holder I’ve put it in so far, better than my RTIC that doesn’t always fit in some holders. I recommend this item.

I purchased this for my 90 year old mother, she would never drink enough water through out the day, we fill the bottle up with ice in the morning and she fills it up with water throughout the day, the ice last at least 10 hours, the bottle is durable and a great price, hence I purchased two one for myself. I use mine for work every day in the heat of the Summer l have enough ice left to get a cold drink on the way home after 8 hour day.

I am a fanatical bike rider. Currently, I ride 40-50 miles per day (mid-summer) in Florida, so having something cold to drink is mandatory. I have gone through 3-4 other brands of insulated bottles, including the biggest one in insulated bottles. Nothing is better than this one.

I bought the Fanhaw 20 oz. size because it fits best in my bottle cages. It is the most compact 20 oz. insulated bottle I have owned. In spite of its compact size, it keeps my water as cold or colder than any other bottle I have used.

I load the bottle with ice cubes and then add water to top off. I carry a refill bottle of water to refill my Fanhaw 2-3 times per ride. I have never run out of ice in the bottle. Cold to start, cold to end.

It has a carry handle that snaps flush to the bottle when not needed. It has a pop-up lid. It has a drinking spout, and a breathe hole so the water flows freely. It is well made and attractive. It is very competitively priced.

One tip for something I had to learn. I tend to drink from the bottle sideways (the popup lid to the side). That doesn’t work with this bottle. The breathe hole needs to be above the spout for it to work effectively, and then it works very well.

Bottom line, I have purchased two and will likely purchase again.

I am so impressed with this water bottle. It is visually appealing and sturdy. The flip open cap makes drinking easy and fun!
I like how the handle is incorporated into the cap so if you’re not using it, it can be folded away. This bottle does not leak and can be taken anywhere. Happy customer!

The water bottle was perfect for school and I would have given a 5 star – great size! But after about 8 months the lid now leaks. No longer good for school.

UPDATED! I changed my rating to 5 now. They saw my issue and graciously reached out to me and sent me new lids to take care of the problem.

Great water bottle, keeps water cool for many hours. I like the extra security it has with the flip up to ensure no leakage or popping opened while in the backpack.

  10. Natty

Keeps water cold and ice remains even after an 8 hr shift outside in the hot sun, but it can leak unless it’s assembled properly. Always make sure the gasket is in the lid.

  11. Carolyn Bellion

My biggest issue, and only issue, with this water bottle is that it comes with 3 different rubber parts inside the lid to keep it from leaking. I didnt know this because most water bottles dont have any or will only have one. Even though I was washing it regularly it started to taste moldy and thats how I found out about the 3 rubber pieces on the lid. It honestly wouldnt be as big of a deal if 2 of the rubber pieces werent so small, Theyre very easy to lose down the drain when washing and it kind of ruined the water bottle for me because I’m so worried about losing the pieces when I wash it and if you lose them then your water bottle will leak everywhere.

  12. S. S. Wansbrough

Kept water cold more than 12 hours in Texas summer heat. Fits in standard car cupholder and cupholders on gym machines. Easy to wash. Nice colors (purple/green). We chose the two lids, one being better suited for hot liquids.

  13. Natty

Yes, yes it is spill proof LOL
I love that there’s no straws and it is actually a full liter. It is definitely insulated. It keeps my water cold all day long. The only thing I would have preferred is a carrying strap around the neck of the bottle as opposed to the little plastic flap at the top of the cap. Otherwise definitely value for money. I’ve had it for about a month? LOL and so far it’s durable and pretty scratch resistant. Very easy to clean as well. I Really recommend.
