While I was not happy with the thinness of this futon, the customer service from the company was excellent. I would give the company five stars for their efficient and friendly handling of my return. Great company, but this futon was too thin for me.

I currently sleeping on the floor and this mattress saved my back and my sleeping quality! First of all, it was not just came with a paper box, it has its own package bag! Inside the bag, it has two layer of vacuum-packed! The hardness of the mattress is perfect and makes me feeling I am just sleeping on an actual bed. While it comes with good quality, it is easy to fold and stow. I think it can be used during all seasons! Will buy it again! Worth for the money!

The futon mattress arrived 3 days late than expected, but I am pretty happy with it. The mattress is thick and easy to fold, and in good quality. The most important point is it is really firm and comfortable, I do prefer to sleep on it versus in my bed. Would definitely recommend it to those who don’t like soft mattress.

I have been looking for one to replace my futon pad. This one is perfect! It came in this vacuumed bag and expanded to full size. It is very easy to fold with the futon, and very comfortable to sleep on.

The mattress is not 3 inches thick. It is no more than one inch thick. It is comfortable if I fold the queen size in half and make it 3 inches, yet I wanted a 3 inch queen mattress. If I did not need the mattress I would have returned it due to mis information on the thickness. I did leave it out for the three days as suggested and it did not recover in thickness. Otherwise the outer fabric is soft and it is constructed well.

it’s an ok futon mattress, it is just thin. that three inches is a bit optimistic. i would say in feel it is closer to 1 inch.
