Dont hesitate on buying this couch! You won’t regret it. I’m a 30yr old woman that lives with her dog and I assembled it myself. If I can do it, anyone can. That being said, here’s the facts:
• Both boxes arrived with everything I needed to assemble the couch on the same day (got lucky I guess).
**PLEASE follow the instructions STEP-BY-STEP** the directions and images are clear and very easy to comprehend. I promise that there will not be any problems putting the couch together if you just FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS step-by-step. Seriously lol
• So backrest cushions….. don’t worry, they have zippers in the back of them for you to put extra stuffing in it to make it more puffy and comfortable. **They ARE very thin and you WILL feel the metal backrest if you don’t put extra fluff in them**. It’s literally an easy ass fix, so don’t be lazy. -You can buy the fluff/stuffing at your local craft store, Walmart, or Amazon. Other than the backrest cushions lacking puffiness, I have nothing bad to say about this couch whatsoever.
It’s exactly what I needed for my new apartment. I love everything about it. The color, extra storage, comfortability of it (minus back cushion until you stuff it), the charge ports on both sides, the cupholders, and the fact that the bed pulls out so fricken smoothly!! 10/10 highly recommend! So happy with this purchase!!

This couch is good overall.
It’s the right fit for a small space. It has good storage and charger ports.
The shipping boxes are very heavy so prepare for that.
All cushions comem vaccum sealed so they smell funny for a couple of nights but nothing major.
It was VERY easy to assemble and the seat and bed pull out are comfortable.
I’m 8 months pregnant and my husband and I fell asleep on it during a movie night hahah
HOWEVER…the back cushions are very thin and you can feel the metal frame right through them.
If those were the thickness of the seat cushions this sofa would be amazing and worth even an extra $100, easily -we’d pay extra for good back cushions for sure.
The back frame does come with a cover so we are adding a foam sheet insert and hoping that will help.
Overall good…I really wish the back cushions weren’t neglected!

This couch has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Sitting comfortably at an angle, my 6 ft. Husband is able to sit on the long extended part of the couch. It’s extremely comfy considering its size, and all of the storage compartments are fantastic. It’s fit perfectly in our living room and is opened up the space so much. This is an amazing couch for its price.

My husband bought this couch against my will because of the price. My husband thinks… ‘WE’RE A SINGLE COUPLE!’ He assembled it alone in about an hour. The pillows require fluffing which helps make it look less ugly. This is a great starter couch for college kids or bachelors who don’t care and just need somewhere to sit.

It’s crazy how incompetent people can be both from Amazon Reps. and the 3rd party seller. I bought the sofa and didn’t like the cheap fabric. There was no comfort on the back of the sofa because its made of two metal rods that are covered in more cheap fabric. I spent over a full month trying to return it and get my refund. From having to wait 24-48 hours every time to get a response from the 3rd party seller, not answering my questions directly, no contact numbers to expedite the process, and Amazon supervisors telling me I would get a full refund in writing despite that not happening at all, they “couldn’t” even schedule a pick for the return. I had to go above and beyond to get the 100+ pound boxes (2) to FedEx. All with a bad back. My only mistake was buying furniture from Amazon. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Making a big deal to return an item while Jeff Bezos makes billions every minute. Absolutely ridiculous!

TLDR: We love this couch. Color, storage, and the pull-out part are all great. Assembly is easy, able to be done alone with some effort or with two and not much effort. It’s gotten a lot less firm over only two months, though.
Assembly: I put the whole thing together (almost entirely) myself in less than 90 minutes. There is one part in assembly that is very difficult alone, but otherwise it was really very straightforward. It’s nice that it can be assembled with the chaise on either side.
Built-in charging: The charger ports in the couch are painfully slow, but I suppose they work well enough if you really can’t have your phone more than a few feet from you. They connect to outlets via embedded cords inside the couch, one on each side. I have unplugged the one on my side so I can use the full outlet for actually useful electronics.
Sturdiness: We’ve had the couch just about two months, and while we are very stay-in-and-watch-TV people, the couch cushions are already starting to bow more than I’d like. It was firm-ish but comfortable to start. It’s still comfortable, but my partner has back issues and I worry that it may not provide enough support soon.

Looks very nice as a sofa and is comfortable, folds out very easily into a double bed. Arrived in 3 boxes, well listed instructions for assembly.
Not happy with delivery as informed arriving Friday but came on Thursday instead, no one at home, 3 large boxes left in a communal area

I love this sofa super comfortable fits nicely I’m my small living room. Easy to assemble I did it myself. The only issue was all 3 boxes came on 3 different days so took a few days to put it together but apart from that I love it.
