The seller responds quickly and is very helpful. The seller is very accommodating and helpful. The couch I purchased is a nice color and the fabric is textured so it looks fancy. The assembly was easy.

UPDATE: I added another STAR because once again ChicHouse cared enough to email me & discuss the firmness of the sofa and how they could make it better. Honestly, I have NEVER had a company on Amazon reach out to me as they have. Gotta give huge credit to ChicHouse!
The delivery was excellent! I love the design of the sofa & it was fairly easy to assemble. I was able to assemble it by myself. It looks great in my living room! However, it is not for “lounging” and watching TV. The seats are very very firm/hard. It feels like you are laying on a very hard floor surface. But for the price it was still a good buy. Just wish I was able to lay on it and watch TV. LOL Chic House immediately responded to my delivery requests, which is always a good thing!

The couch looks fantastic in any setting. The texture is very soft and beautiful. It’s a great size for most rooms, including ours (as you can see in the picture).
The modular aspect of the couch is nice for us, as well, since we use the ottoman as a bed for our dog so he can look out the window instead of being on our bed. Just another advantage of getting this type of couch!
Finally, when we had to contact customer service, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly suggest anybody get this couch, as it is gorgeous and a great price.

I will say, assembling this by myself was a *bit* of a struggle, but not impossible. It’s exactly what I was looking for, it’s comfy and large enough to seat 4-5 people but still fits in my relatively small apartment. Highly recommend for the price!

This couch is a dream come true!
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to put together. The instructions were clear, and the pieces fit together like a puzzle. No tools were needed, which was a huge plus!
As for comfort, this couch is very soft. The cushions are supportive yet plush, making it perfect for movie nights or afternoon naps.
Considering the size and quality, the price is unbeatable. I’m thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable green couch!

Color was everything I got the green one! It is shorter then I had thought. But over all a great couch for the price!! If you can’t get a super expensive couch this one works just as well. It’s firm but still comfortable. And it was also really easy to build! Took about 30-45 mins with two people building it. Love it! As an added bonus it came days early in 4 different boxes.
