9 reviews for Alarm Clock for Bedroom, 2 Alarms Loud LED Big Display Plug in Simple Basic Digital Clock with USB Charging Port, Adjustable Volume, Dimmable, Snooze for Deep Sleepers Kids…

  1. Barbara

my boss made me get alarm because i was getting a little too late consistently, and so i got this one. i like the big display of the time, i like the annoying alarm, and its easy to set. especially love you can set 2 alarms, because i never wake up on the first one. you can change the brightness too so thats good. would buy again!

  2. My

I recently got a new job and was struggling with waking up on time, making a pretty poor first impression. I had been using my phone to wake me up and it just wasn’t doing the trick. Per a coworker’s suggestion I purchased this $11 digital alarm clock โ€“ a total game-changer! Since I started using it, I haven’t been late once.

Setting both the time and the alarm is super easy, which is a huge plus when you’re groggy in the morning or tired before bed. The added USB port is a nice bonus, letting me charge my phone overnight without needing an extra adapter.

The black gloss screen with white LED text looks sleek and modern, fitting right in with the aesthetic of my room. And the alarm? Nice and loud, exactly what I need to drag myself out of bed. No complaints here.

If youโ€™re looking for a reliable, stylish, and affordable alarm clock, no need to keep looking. I highly recommend.

Some benefits of this alarm clock:
    – can control the volume
    – dual alarm clock mode
    – clear and highly visible display
    – easy and accessible features

  4. My

This clock has been my absolute favorite since I got it out of the box, can’t go back.ย 2 alarms, adjustable volume, battery backup, very solid buttons, and a clear display. Would totally recommend! It also has little plugs you can place in different spots, I actually used it to hang it off my shelf instead of placing it on the table.

The speaker did break after a bit of use (the clock still works), but I emailed the company and they arranged to send me a new one the same day. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an old clock that was hard to read due to age of the clock and color of the numbers. I unplugged it but soon realized I missed having an always on clock by the bed vs a phone. The hone has to be picked up in the night to see the time. Wow – the numbers ono this clock are HUGE and clear. I was not looking for numbers this large but it is actually nice. I keep it on the lowest brightness possible. Even then, it is readable during the day. It is a little bright for my preferences at night but has not bugged me. One other nice feature – You can set the hour and minutes separately. Some clocks require a person to run through 12 or 24 hours to get to a specific time. I have not tried the alarm as I use the phone – just use it as a clock.

Itโ€™s very easy to use you can plug it or use batteries. If you donโ€™t have batteries once you unplug it it will stop working

I like the blue light vs. red- not as annoying. My first unit the alarm didnโ€™t work, but another was sent out timely and it is fine.

Hadnโ€™t owned an alarm clock in 4 years, literally only used my phone. After realizing I really needed one, I looked at so many expensive ones and realized I didnโ€™t need any of that. This clock is a go to, it has every essential feature you could need on a clock, is super easy to use/ setup, and brightness/ volume is easily adjustable.

Time is easy to read and is a fair size. Plenty readable across a room. Sleek appearance. Comes with two set-able alarms, can adjust brightness, and volume on 5 different levels. And of course military time is an option. Super happy with this purchase.

I previously had a radio/alarm clock with battery backup where the battery backup stopped working. We have frequent power interruptions, so I wanted an alarm with battery backup. I don’t ever use the radio feature, so one with just alarm was sufficient. And I like having two alarm settings. This clock fit the bill at a reasonable price, and other reviews seemed good. I like that all the routinely used time and alarm controls are easily accessible on the top. Some other alarm clocks have these settings on the back, which is inconvenient. The clock and alarm times are easy to set, and controls are obvious and intuitive. The “Dimmer” button allows you to easily adjust the brightness of the display. When Alarm 1 and/or 2 is set, little images appear on the left side of the screen showing they are on. Pressing the “Alarm Off” button turns these off (press once if only one alarm is set, press again if both are set). To set the alarms, press the one you want to set (Alarm 1 or Alarm 2), and the display will start flashing. Use the hour and minute buttons to set. Once set, the time will continue to flash for a few seconds then hold at what you set. Or you can press the alarm button again or the “Snooze/OK” button to stop the flashing and register your setting. You can adjust the alarm volume with the Volume +/- buttons on the left side of the clock. A tone is sounded each time you press so you can hear the volume. When the alarm goes off, pressing the Snooze button will give you an extra 9 minutes until it goes off again. Or you can press the “Alarm Pause” or “Alarm Off” button. “Alarm Pause” turns off the particular alarm (1 or 2) for 24 hours so it won’t beep again until the next day. “Alarm Off” turns it off so it wonโ€™t beep again until you turn it back on. Once you set times for the Alarm 1 and Alarm 2, these times are retained each time you turn them off and back on, unless you change them. (This seems obvious, but I mention it only because one review I read seemed to indicate this might not be the case.) You can tell if Alarm 1 and/or 2 is set to go off by whether the small icons on the left side of the screen are showing. If an alarm is off, just press the Alarm 1 and/or 2 button to turn back on. The icon will then display on the screen.

There is a button on the right side of the clock to toggle modes between either 12 hour (AM/PM) or 24 hour (e.g., military time). Also, if you hold this button in for about 3 seconds, it will add an hour to the current time and display a little “DST” (daylight savings time) symbol on the right side of the face (i.e., “Spring forward”). Pressing it again for about 3 seconds will subtract an hour and remove the DST symbol (i.e., “Fall back”). This saves having to re-set the time twice a year. All very logical and intuitive.

One other thing to mention. Several unboxing videos by some reviewers seem to wonder what the two little black square pieces are that are packaged with the clock. I’m not sure why this seems confusing. These are obviously feet. They each have a little post on them, and there are a couple of holes in the back of the clock to insert them. These are easy to insert and fit snugly. They provide a little more width to the base to make the clock more stable, so it won’t tip over when you go to hit the Snooze or Alarm Pause or Off buttons.

The only slight negative observation I have is that the display can be a little glary and washed out in bright sunlight when viewed from across the room. Making the display brighter helps, but then it is too bright if you wake up and look at the time during the night. As a result, I tend to set the display brightness towards one of the middle settings. This is obviously a personal preference that will vary. All-in-all, this is a nice little alarm clock with big numbers that are easy to read without glasses at a very reasonable/inexpensive price.
