This isn’t a fancy product. Not high tech, super pretty, or app controlled.

What it is, is easy to fit to size, and effective as all heck especially for big door gaps that change slightly because of weather or house shifting. And they keep pests out (albeit not door-to-door salesmen).

The only thing you need are a pair of scissors or a kitchen knife to trim the foam inserts to fit. You can fold the cover over to take up the extra space. You can then use the extra foam tubes to play pirate with.

I’ve had one for going on nearly 20 years for the doorway between my basement and the garage. The house settling already created a stupid big gap there and changes in the weather would make normal thresholds too high depending on the season, too low during others, or too crooked. My house is whackadoodle.

It would also let mutant sized spiders get in. They would drag pets and infants away. We’re still looking for the Doberman. Shooting the spiders was not an option, although I gave it serious consideration.

These draft stoppers stopped those suckers dead in their tracks. Now they just lurk on the other side of the door and howl at night in frustration. We don’t use the garage anymore. We ceded it to them. We occasionally hear muffled screams coming from in there but earplugs seem to help until they die off.

I installed these new ones under a closet door because I got tired of having to dig out the cat toys my cat kept smacking under the door gap. I swear drunks cut these doors to size. Anyway, they’re good for more than just stopping drafts (i.e. monster spiders, dust bunnies, small pet toys, sea slugs) and as I said, one’s been holding strong for nigh upwards of 20 years with no screws to adjust.

Should you face drafts and similar invaders, these are easy to install, durable, and do the job well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I just moved in with my cousins house with her 2 cats. Unfortunately our cats do not get along just yet and we had a problem with them fighting under the door which caused un needed stress to all of us. After buying this this. They literally can hardly smell each other though the door. It has been a god sent and brought sanity back into the home. Also, as a side note it is quite durable my cats like to scratch at it and it hasn’t frayed or had one hole so far.

Took all of 3 minutes to install. Really cuts down the noise from the hallway, and offers a much more peaceful existence inside my apartment. Plus provides privacy. Good value.

I ordered these specific ones since the description stated ghat these are 2″ thick. In reality these are about 0.5″ inch thick only. They don’t fit the door and the door slides easily on top of these

What a cracking draft excluder for a gap between wooden door and wooden floor where there was a generous gap under the door where previously a thick carpet was fitted. Easy to cut the material to door size, put together and slide in place, all fitted in no time. The hinge side of the door frame tends to push the excluder a little but just give it a slight kick back into place, the fabric is very robust! I would imagine that it might not allow open/close as easy over a fitted carpet but the fabric seems strong for more than a bit of good push.

This did not work well for us on an exterior door. Although the product was easy to install and looked very substantial, we were dragging it across the garage door floor. It may work better on an interior door.
