The glass is nice and clear, good quality. I’ve dropped these bowls unloading the dishwasher and they stayed intact, with no breaking. Easy to clean by hand or dish washer. Not too heavy, normal weight for a glass bowl

I love these bowls and use them all the time. The lids are a game changer and fit very nicely. The medium size bowl is such a great size for storing pasta salads, etc in the fridge. Love that they are glass. They have held up very well and I recommend them to anyone.

1st – the lid to the small bowl was bent in or melted or something and could not be used. Thus the 4 star rating. With that being said, these are Pyrex dishes which means they are strong & steady. The bowls are beautiful with the ridged look and I love the colorful lids. I wasn’t sure at first what the bowls would look like because some of the reviews were talking about 2 different bowls. One person showed bowls that had a lipped rim. Glad I got the ones with the ridged look. I will mostly use the bowls for storing leftovers in the fridge or for salads. I made chicken salad in the small bowl. It didn’t break with all the mixing & cutting up of chicken. It was steady on the table, sitting evenly without me worrying that it would start rocking and turn over. None of that. I don’t own a dishwasher so I can’t address how they’ll do, but they are super easy to handwash. Beautiful bowls, great price, & I feel will be long lasting. Tops are a great fit & the bowls come well packed. In fact, it took me forever to get in the box & each bowl was properly separated to prevent breakage.

I lost a cover to the quart and a half bowl so I bought a replacement and then one thing led to another and i bought a whole other set. The price was good and I love the glass bowls with covers. I always can find a use for them. Different sizes are great. These are substantial, solid bowls and you can keep in the fridge. But I have always hand washed them, never put in the dishwasher, as I am sure the water blasting a them would make the glass cloudy. In fact, the warning on the box says never NEVER put any Pyrex bowls in the dishwasher. I can live with that so I’m happy with them.

I already have 9 mixing bowls of various sizes. One would think that would be enough for a home cook. However, in Summer, given my CSA and Farmers’ Market addictions, my refrigerator is always full of produce in various stages of preparation and I find myself recruiting baking pans to use as prep “bowls.” These bowls are PERFECT, especially since I have been known to forget what’s hiding in some stainless-steel bowls: is that one the beet greens I blanched yesterday or is it the tomato sauce I half-prepped the day before? I love that they nest, since I have very limited storage space. They also came with excellent, very precise instructions on what they can and cannot safely do in the microwave or Instant Pot/slow cooker: very much appreciated. Very happy with my purchase!

I loved the simple glass look of these bowls, and how well the stack in cabinets. They are dishwasher safe and perfect for mixing when baking! Also nice for general cooking and also serving chips and snacks. Would recommend for apartments

I’ve used Pyrex for decades now and never want to be without the workhorse glass bowls. We did have to buy the lids seperate but that’s ok. These are a kitchen must with uses for prep, storage, baking and freezing. Clean up is always easy and they stack well. They are tough and reliable and I can’t imagine life without them!
