Review of LED Wax Candles with Remote Control

I recently purchased a set of LED wax candles with a remote control from Amazon, and I am thoroughly impressed! These candles are a game-changer for anyone looking to add a warm, cozy ambiance to their space without the hassle of traditional candles.

The first thing that struck me was how realistic these candles look. The wax exterior and the flickering flame effect make them almost indistinguishable from real candles. They add a beautiful, soft glow to any room, and guests have even been fooled into thinking they’re the real deal!

One of my favorite features is the ability to adjust the brightness of the flame. Whether you’re looking for a subtle, dim light or something a bit brighter, these candles have you covered. The remote makes it incredibly easy to switch between settings without having to get up.

Another great feature is the option to switch between candle mode and light mode. Candle mode mimics the gentle flicker of a real candle, perfect for a relaxed evening or a romantic dinner. Light mode, on the other hand, provides a steady glow that’s ideal for more functional lighting.

The ivory color is what I expected and it is a soft, rich Ivory which is not too yellow. My old ones were plastic. There is no comparison between the plastic and the wax coated candles. I could not be happier.
The candles were well packaged. These came in a larger box with other items. It arrived with no damage and all six of the candlesticks worked. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They take AAA batteries. I did think they took AA and, as I had a good supply of those, I had to scrounge to find AAAs. Each candle takes two.
Two remotes came with the candles and the button batteries were already installed which was nice. I merely had to remove a pull-out plastic tab. They all worked as did all of the candles.
These candles fit my candelabra perfectly. I have it in a corner of a large soaking tub. They look beautiful in the setting and in the candelabra. They look as close to real candles as, I think, is possible for not being the real thing.
The remote is easy to operate and brightens and dims the candles very nicely. When dimmed, while they don’t exactly flicker, they do change brightness level and this gives them an illusion of a real candle flicker. Obviously, it’s not the same but it’s close enough to the real thing that I am quite happy to not have to deal with the mess and safety concerns of real candles.
These candles do not look cheap or fake and I think that in a low light room, someone would have to look hard to realize they are not real. Only the flame part of the candle gives them away in daylight and, when lit and in a dimly lit room, someone would have to look carefully to realize they’re not real.
I highly recommend these as an alternative to real candles if you don’t want to bother with the real thing.

Diese Kerzen sind der Hammer. Sie sehen so echt aus. Timer, Fernbedienung,Flackerfunktion oder gleichbleibend hell . Alles ist sicher bei Kindern und Haustieren und alles so gemütlich . Hab mir schon mehrere gekauft und kommen bestimmt noch welche hinzu. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung……. würde 10 Sterne geben.

Easy to set up- 2 aaa batteries per candle. They don’t look real by any means but for battery operated at this price they are pretty nice. I’m only using them for decorating at Halloween so for my needs they are perfect. Flicker function is great. They have a timer 2-8 hrs settings. They look pretty when lit at night on the windowsill.

These taper candles are an excellent alternative to real candles. The flame has a slight flicker and the candles are covered in wax both of which give a very believable effect. I would love if they could also be offered in an “off white” option. Only issue was that the instructions indicated each candle required 2 AA batteries when in fact they require 2 AAA. Also, the candles need to be first turned on on the bottom of each before the remote works. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase.
