I had to return my first order because it was missing something, however the 2nd order had everything I needed, it was super easy to build took about 10 mins all the holes lined up without issues. The size is decent, and the color is exactly what I wanted. It’s light and easy to move. Would buy again.

This ladder was easy to put together with some minor issues with installing the bolts. Our only complaint is the paint that is “vintage” has started rubbing & lightly chipping. This can be remedied with a nice varnish or clear coat. But it’s a step the manufacturer left out.

Very disappointed in this. Ordered for a Christmas present. Delivered in pieces which is fine, but all the screws, dowels, hardware was missing.
Return is UPS only so now I’m having to drive out of town to a UPS drop off point. Do not recommend at all

I purchased two, a brown and white washed. They are beautiful, sturdy and surely suit their purpose. However …. putting these together requires you to put the puzzle together. It arrives in several pieces and if the holes appear to not be lining up, start again. It took me a bit but I got it. The low star review is from the lack of instructions and poor marking of the pieces. When you open it it appears easy to navigate but marking the pieces either left or right side would have saved me some time for sure.

Not built study at all for price. So flimsy and cheap. Wood cracks while screwing it together. Completely unimpressed with this as it was a Christmas gift for someone else.

I bought this item for my grandmother since she has a lot of blankets. i thought this would be an easy way for her to grab her preferred blanket, rather than having to pull one from a pile of folded ones. Works great! Doesn’t fall over, and she loves it.

Very disappointed. Can’t put together. All the holes for the sides of the ladder was not there or on the wrong side for the inset!!!! Don’t waste your money. This is the second ladder that was was messed up.
