I’m still at the start of the roll so it lays fairly flat. A trick I learned though, cut the paper to fit the pan, then crumple it up, spread it out, and it lays with no curl. I use it mostly to make bacon in the oven and works well.

This parchment paper absorbs oil and allows it to pass through to your cookie sheet. It is a one use only item for cookies. It can also be used as a press cloth for ironing. It works great for my sewing projects and since it is thin I can see the seams I am pressing through the paper.
