The ladder was easy to assemble and looked nice but it would not remain upright on my wood floors and ended up falling down and breaking.

A piece arrived broken, so I contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the entire assembly. Love it, thank you!

The fact is this ladder comes very nicely packed in a box. The instructions are very vague as you have hinges on the inside and hinges on the outside it doesn’t give a description or picture, showing which hinge goes on which side easy to tell that the top is the top and the bottom is the bottom. However, when both sides have different screw holes at different levels, the shelves for the ladder, the blanket ladder do not line up so I have two shelves that are screwed in on one Side, the other side is like 2 inches below the actual screw.
They needed to be matched up before they left the factory to make sure that the ladder shelves have holes drilled straight across. There’s no way this is even correct. And not to mention the time I took to put it together the fact that it’s not straight it should’ve been caught in the factory before it ever left. This is just very disappointing on the product quality that’s being submitted to Amazon these days.

Sturdy; however although it has fabric protectors it marked our new walls. And the protectors fell off right away.

I must say, setting up this item was a breeze. In just 30 minutes, I had it all put together. And let me tell you, it looks absolutely fantastic in our living space. Not only does it have a great aesthetic, but it also holds up incredibly well. The added pieces at the bottom of the ladder prevent any sliding, which is a huge plus. I genuinely believe that anyone looking to spruce up their living space should consider this product. It’s a top-notch recommendation from me.

I am 78 and not good at most assembly. This ladder came together like a dream. It was a little heavy, but I have been able to move it around. It does not fit behind the bedroom door as I had hoped. One odd thing is the the legs are cut at an angle so that the bottom is moved out from the wall. The top is also cut at an angle, but they don’t match. It is not a problem, but it seems odd. It holds a dozen shawls if you stack them.

Purchased two for my kids rooms to hold their blankets & quilts. Easy to put together and look beautiful in the room. Wish it was easier to use them caddy cornered on the wall versus flat on a wall but other than that, work great! Easy for my toddler to pull out which blanket he wants!
