All we need (#5time), is 2 boxes (3ftx3ftx3ft) to be able to box recliner up please send two boxes through UPS so that we can box up the recliner that’s all we need it has been a nightmare trying to get Amazon to just send us the boxes to return the recliner the original box was trashed because it was damaged and shipping not reusable please take care of this ASAP so that we can return it that is all we need but no one will take care of this we can’t return it without a box hello!! They keep telling us to return it well send us the boxes please
We are so disappointed with the purchase it is in good condition took it out of the box put it together and it does have nice material and it is not damaged but we are not happy with it and so disappointed because it is very very uncomfortable we thought it was going to be a nice cushioned comfortable recliner and it is nowhere near that and it is short, we put our legs out and our legs hang over the end on foot rest, when we lay completely back our neck is not on the neck pillow but higher up, comfortable, want to return but box was damaged not sure now how we can send back. Would not recommend buying this. Hurts my disabled back and hip area. Bad value for money.

Couch is very comfortable & easy to assemble, but take your time with the arms there a little tricky. Happy with the size of the seats. I’m 5’9″ and it’s perfect for me

Decent couch, cost efficient, but my 3 seat sofa showed up without the shoulder on the right side. Unfortunate and terrible customer service from Amazon on their ability to mitigate.
