Really great large number clock. Numbers are about 2 inches tall. With the choice of color (I found red gentlest on the eyes) and adjustable brightness (aka dimmable) this clock really is better than a lot of the alarm clocks I could find at local pharmacies or big box stores. It has a battery which stores your settings (note that it will not continue to power the clock numbers if you unplug the clock… you need to keep it plugged in to an outlet), and even a spare USB port for charging (get a short charging cable like these https://amzn.to/4baizZX and you have a nice COMPACT bedside pairing). I found it easy to program/set the time and alarm, and appreciated that all the main controls are on the back, leaving a nice big SNOOZE button on the top. Such a surprisingly good clock I bought a second one for another room.

I’m trying to simplify my life and reduce (visual) clutter in my house. I’ve had my old clock radio since high school—roughly an eon ago—and it takes up two hectares of valuable bedside table space. Out with the old, in with this little cutie.
The entire clock fits in the palm of my hand and takes up almost no space on the table. But the numbers are large enough that I can see the time from across the room. It’s been several months since I bought it, but I don’t remember it being difficult to set. I haven’t had to re-set it since I bought it because the back up battery keeps the time even when the power goes out, and it hasn’t “lost” a minute of time since I’ve had it. [Please note!! If the power goes out, this particular clock does NOT continue to display the time and the alarm will not go off if the power is out. In this model, battery back up just means that when the power comes back on, the correct time will display without having to reset.)
I like that I have the option to power the clock either via the USB port in my bed frame or using the included adapter for AC/DC electric wall outlet. But my absolute favorite feature of this clock is the ability to easily adjust the brightness of the display. It can be dimmed from all the way down to nearly blacked out completely and all the way up to visible from space. I leave it very bright during the day and then dim it at bedtime.

Big numbers for a small digital clock. Battery backup keeps good time during short power outages. Clock is keeping excellent time after setting to WWV – changes on the second. Uses a USB A (large male to large male) charger (printer) cable which was too short for my old-school stereo cabinet and I had to buy a 6′ cable to put the clock in the desired location. No need for glasses to see the time from across the room with these large numbers. The dimmer dial is great and allows you to set just the right amount of light for your room’s ambiance. I would give 5 stars for a much longer cable. I’m not using this clock for an alarm so I have to comment on that feature. Finally, I really like the blue number color and that they are viewable from any angle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this clock. There are many pluses about this item.
1) it has a long power cord enabling me to place it where I wanted without needing an extension cord.
2) There’re are enough dimmer positions to get the exact brightness I wanted
3) The settings on the back are printed in white on the black plastic making it super easy to find what you need.
4) the numbers are large enough to see from a distance, but not obnoxiously so.
5) Love this clock and hope durability is as good as the other features.

Exactly what I was looking for! Large numbers and a dimmer. I suffer from migraine headaches and am very sensitive to any type of bright lighting, being able to dim the display is absolutely perfect! I purchased this clock strictly for the time display not the alarm feature.

When I dropped cable TV, and after I’d returned the DVR, I realized there was no clock in the living now that the DVR was gone. Sure, I could pick up my phone and check the time, but having a nice, easy-to-read clock to look at quickly was what I was missing. This DreamSky clock is the perfect replacement for the DVR’s clock.
The large display is readable at any distance, that the display can be dimmed so it’s still viewable but not intrusive while watching TV with the lights off is really appreciated, and that the clock itself has such a small footprint for such a large display is impressive.
The clock is easy to set up, the battery backup is appreciated, and I like to think this clock is going to last a long, long time.

If you’re like me, you don’t need an alarm clock. No need to wake up at a specific time.
However, I do wake up occasionally and want to know what time it is–and I hate hitting my phone to see in the middle of the night because that blinds me in the dark!
This clock has a nice adjustable brightness setting, and if you need to set an alarm, it should do that, haha.
It looks great and does its job well!
