The frame is a great value for the money, especially considering that you get a piece of real glass and not just a thin layer of acrylic plastic. But in the event your frame falls, you should be aware that the glass included with is NOT tempered. In my case, the frame fell from a height of about 5 feet, and shattered into many large, dangerous shards. I’ve attached a picture showing what the glass looked like AFTER I cleaned up all of the other pieces of sharp glass.
Regular glass isn’t necessarily a problem in and of itself (especially given the price), but I just think this should be disclosed so people know what they’re buying and bringing into their homes. That’s especially true where, as here, the seller says, “These frames are made of plastic, have HD plastic cover. When they fall to the ground, you won’t worry about hurting the kids.” The frame may not hurt the kids, but the glass very well might.

They’re a little flimsy when you have them apart, but once assembled they’re just fine and look great. The plastic “glass” is really thin and feels like it would scratch or break easily but it ended up working out great for my needs. These fit a standard concert poster size perfectly (18×24)

I wanted to frame old newspapers for a long hallway. So I purchased 14 of them. They fit the newspapers PERFECTLY! You have to understand that these are “value” frames. but they look amazing all lined up down a long hallway. I will probably get more!
