The couch was easy to assemble and looked nice. Wasn’t the most comfortable but not bad. After about two day’s of use the seat broke through. I only weigh 120lbs and was just sitting on the couch watching TV. I tried to do a return and they wanted to send me a new part. I was worried the couch would continue to break so I wanted to return it. The said they would send me labels but I would have to get this large couch to Fed Ex. I messaged back asking if it needed to be in boxes as it no longer fits in the boxes it came in. Then I got an email saying my return is denied. Not happy with the product or customer service

Took forever to arrive. Arrives in 3 pieces, yes, but the pieces just arrive whenever. After the first piece delivers, Amazon marks it as delivered, so you have to track it at your own discretion. (Can request the tracking number from Furmax, but heads up – they are very short with customers.) So despite PAYING for the shipping, it’s not guaranteed. Then after finally receiving all 3 boxes, I found that there was also NO hardware included. I had to clear a path in my living room because I had couch pieces everywhere for days while waiting for the hardware. Upon contacting customer service again for a remedy – they responded within 24 hours, however, they were very short and rude. Then after getting the couch together, you will quickly find that the arms and back cushions are barely filled. So I bought 5 lbs of polyfil to fix that. The velcro on the bottom is pointless – the cushions just slide apart when you sit down. (I weigh a buck fifty and I sit gently, they just slide really easy.) Same with the back cushions; you will be fighting them every time you sit down if you don’t find a way to secure them. I haven’t yet. I bought some industrial strength velcro to hold them together and they still don’t stay so I will be investing more money to fix that issue as well. So as far as quality this couch is a hard EH. But it is a comfortable fabric and it is visually appealing. Overall, I’d just say don’t sink money into buying it unless you have time for projects, lots of patience and more money to throw at it. I’ve hardly ever left a bad review but this purchase is been disappointing and frustrating all around. The couch is cheap but it’s not THAT cheap. The manufacturer could easily do better in many areas with this product and the customer service just isn’t there.

I had second thoughts about this couch… but it’s honestly pretty decent for the price I paid! It is comfortable, I am waiting 72 hours to see if I need to buy couch stuffing. The pillows are thin, but I am waiting. The size is good as well. I’m 5’4, my fiancé is 6’1 and we sit pretty comfortable. It’s low and the back is low as well but not complaining. The color is beautiful! Very good quality as well, not cheap I can tell you that. Very easy to assemble! They give you everything you need, except scissors – you need that to cut the pieces out. I will come back once the couch is fully inflated to show you how it looks. I recommend to buy for a small apartment of 3. It’s me, my finance, and a toddler.

This is a great size for a small apartment or dorm room.
Very comfortable and functional.
