First a little background this is going to be hung on a very long wall in a newly remodeled bathroom in our home. The wall color is a toast color all fixtures are white and all trim in black with a black floor. All this was done to make this comply with Americans with Disabilities Act so with double shower (only) and large linen Cabinet on opposite Wall The wall this is going on is 9″ and the hanging is 3″7″. This bathroom is now able to accommodate a wheelchair with ease. In a “galley” bathroom design. This is a stunning/big wall hanging. It is a perfect touch to help tone down a very antiseptic enviroment and create a more Spa like room. Be aware that this comes without any instructions so be sure to save the information on the website written &or video so you can refer back to it. This came to me with each of the three sections wrapped in plastic. It really is easy to put together but keep in mind you are dealing with three “Floppy Mop” sections. Go ahead and take the sections out of the wrap and take a look at each one (beautiful) and note how everything lines up on the dowels and keep that in mind. Now loosely give that section a little twist and re-wrap around the dowel and then screw into the appropriate hole on the center dowel. Do the same with the other end section. If the planets properly align, then you should have ended up with the three sections with all the lovely hand work facing the same way all the cast-on ties at the top even and ready to hang. I’m not too sure that one string is all I need to hang this by, so I am going to add a piece of heavy-duty ribbon to this hanging. I am hopeful that this is washable by hand and that it is a natural fiber. I know that some of my old Mac-pieces washed well so when the time comes will hand-wash cold water and hang to dry and hope for the best. I also chose this thinking the fabric design would do well in the bathroom which is subject to warm wet environment after all those towels are all cotton also!
