I don’t really know what I think about this product. My mother has a few of these in her home by a different maker. I couldn’t find the same items and so I purchased this because the description matched similarly matched the item that my mother had. I found this to be a bit of a pain to put together. You purchase the product and it comes in pieces. There are six Styrofoam pieces (it isn’t Styrofoam, but I don’t know what else to call it.) you need to cut items to fit the door. You also need to tape the pieces together so that they stay in one piece. Then I find that the fabric is a bit bulky and takes a bit to fit under the door. Now having said that, this product is intended for a door with a large gap at the bottom of the door. I didn’t use it for a gap. I used it as some noise insulation for my son’s bedroom. It is working well now that I have it installed. It just was a little clumsy.

Not a high quality effective item – Australian shoppers beware, this is unlikely to fit in your homes.

I recently purchased the Holikme Twin Door Draft Stopper Weather Stripping Window Breeze Blocker Adjustable Door Sweeps, and let me tell you, it’s a real game-changer. I used to have to deal with all sorts of pesky drafts and chilly breezes sneaking into my home, but now, thanks to this product, my house is as snug as a bug in a rug.

But, let’s be real here, this product isn’t perfect. I mean, sure, it does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s not exactly the most aesthetically pleasing thing to look at. I mean, it’s basically just a long black tube that you have to shove against your door. It’s not exactly a work of art.

And let’s talk about the adjustable feature for a second. I mean, who are they kidding? This thing is about as adjustable as a brick. You can move it up or down a few inches, but that’s about it. It’s not like you can turn it into a beautiful sculpture or anything.

Overall, I would give this product a solid one out of five stars. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s not exactly the most glamorous thing in the world. But hey, if you’re looking for a way to keep the cold air out of your house and you don’t care about how it looks, then this is the product for you.

Here are some parameters to consider when choosing a twin door draft stopper:

    1. Length: The length of the draft stopper should match the width of the twin doors you are trying to seal. Make sure to measure the width of your doors and choose a draft stopper that is long enough to cover the gap between the doors.

    2. Width: The width of the draft stopper should be sufficient to cover the gap between the doors. It’s important to choose a draft stopper that is wide enough to provide effective insulation but not so wide that it impedes the movement of the doors.

    3. Material: Twin door draft stoppers can be made from a variety of materials, including foam, fabric, and silicone. Foam is a common material because it is lightweight, easy to handle, and effective at sealing gaps. Fabric draft stoppers are more aesthetically pleasing and can be coordinated with your decor, while silicone draft stoppers are more durable and long-lasting.

    4. Weight: The weight of the draft stopper is also an important consideration. A heavier draft stopper will stay in place better, but it may be more difficult to move the doors if it is too heavy.

    5. Flexibility: A good twin door draft stopper should be flexible enough to mold to the shape of the door and seal any gaps effectively. Look for a draft stopper that can be easily adjusted to fit the contours of your doors.

    6. Ease of installation: Make sure the draft stopper you choose is easy to install and remove. Some draft stoppers are attached with adhesive tape or Velcro, while others simply slide under the doors. Choose a method that is convenient for you.

    7. Price: Finally, consider the price of the twin door draft stopper. While it’s important to choose a draft stopper that meets your needs, you don’t want to overspend on a product that may not be necessary. Look for a draft stopper that provides good value for the price.

I live in an apartment where there’s poor ventilation in the long hallway and sometimes people leave their doors open while cooking and the fish fries get really stinky and it used to come in my apartment under the door really badly. This draft stopper stops about 70% of it so it’s decent but clearly it’s not perfect so some draft will still get in. Not sure if anything else is available that works better.

I got the Door Stopper to stop my sugar gliders from making a run for it under the door, and it’s been a lifesaver! Super easy to install, and it is easily adjustable.

Not only does it keep out drafts and noise, but it’s also a great barrier to keep my little escape artists from sneaking out. The material is sturdy yet flexible, so it seals tight against the floor.

If you have tiny pets and need to keep them in check, this draft stopper is the way to go. Totally recommend it.

I’m not sure how it actually fastens around the door but it fits so snug to the floor, it doesn’t need to be fastened for me! It’s slightly long but has zero affect on the door closing or opening because the pieces inside are slightly shorter than the case so it’s just martial.

Styrofoam pieces in separate cylinders that you slip inside the black case. The material seems durable and proper for the job too. I just put it on my apartment door so the heat won’t escape into the cold hall and the cold air from the hall won’t come in. Now, to find something as easy, durable and perfect fit for my windows as this was!

If I had roommates or family members, I’d consider buying more because since I placed this, I barely hear anyone in the hall!! And you can usually hear everything going on in the hall.

very happy with my purchase! Will update if issues arise.

Aunque en la imagen no se aprecia, viene con una funda de tela donde se introducen los tubos que se ven en la imagen del producto.

I purchased several of these for my home both to keep lil intruders (mice and insects) out as well as to lower my energy costs. My sister has these in her home and she loves them.

I am happy to say this works great and is very easy to set up and custom size to your door. However, I did not realize when I purchased this item that it cannot be used on a door that opens out over stairs as there is nothing there to keep it affixed onto the door. [This can probably be solved if they add a second glued on velcro closure to be affixed at the side of the door that opens out vs. the hinged side.] So just keep this in mind when purchasing: works best on doors that open out over flat or same level floors… so steps or stairs or it will not work.

I work from home and have hardwood floors, so when I am in meetings I can be heard throughout the house. After getting these (I purchased two) it really cuts down on the noise. Easy to install and they are durable. It is easy to open and close your door. Very discreet too if you get a color close to the color of your door. Sticks very well with no issues. Highly recommend.

Excellent Holikme Door Draft Stopper – Highly Recommend!

This Holikme draft stopper is fantastic! Setting it up was a breeze (lol) – just measure and attach. The thick sponge stays in place and doesn’t move with the door. The hook and loop fastener keeps it secure even with frequent use.

It effectively blocks drafts, light, and noise, making my home much more comfortable. It’s also washable and doesn’t damage the door, which is ideal for renters and you can move it to different doors. Before installing it I could see the cold air escaping the room by holding up a ribbon on the outside of the door. That completely stopped after I set this up.

Our balcony door has a little gap at the bottom, which is ideal for lizards to enter the house. We fixed this product to the door and the problem got solved! Also, the door doesn’t bang even when it is windy because of the snug fit.
