This picture frame would’ve been perfect if the joints didnt have gaps. Honestly I wouldn’t even care too much if they didn’t advertise that their joints would be clean, I hate to nit pick but they advertised something and it was simply not true. Perhaps I got a defective product. But as it stands now, I can’t say the quality control of this brand is perfect.

Other than this flaw I can’t unsee; the glass is crystal clear and the mounting is easy enough. This picture frame comes with hanging brackets but they are extremely flimsy and to me feels like they could not hold up the kind of weight the 20×30 size has. If you got a smaller size they would probably be fine, but their larger frames definitely require stronger third party brackets as I had to use.

Overall I think it’s good value for the money assuming you don’t get a frame with gaps in the frame. But for me, it’s really hard not to see it now that I’ve noticed it.

Edit: I have been contacted by Nataly through email and was promptly offered a free replacement. Although I didn’t have the heart to tell her that it arrived shattered, I definitely could tell that she truly cares about whoever buys their products. (After which I was refunded the entire order, essentially getting a slightly defective frame for free.) I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from this company on their commitment to customer service alone. And frankly I don’t care so much about the crack in the framing anymore knowing it was free.

Well packaged. This was delivered in the same box as a 20 lb. bag of dog food. The outer box was a mess. Inside this frame was in a separate box that had corner pieces to protect it. I was amazed it wasn’t damaged. That says a lot for the care the vendor took in packaging the frame.
The back side has spring brackets to hold the picture securely in place. It was easy to put in my picture. It included a nice white mat. (I didn’t use since my image was already matted.) It also came with the hardware to hang it.

It’s important to note that the back is recessed into the frame – not flush, mounting it with anything other than a nail/hook won’t work.

We have 5 of these frames now in various sizes and the quality is superb. They always fit true to size though I have only once used the matting but it worked well. The backing fits snugly thanks to the flexible side clips and the corner clips as well. The glass front is clear and I haven’t seen a mark on it as of yet. Cannot comment on the customer service as I’ve never needed it but there’s stickers on the packaging and notes included that seem to indicate that they support their product.

Overall, it’s worth the bit more for the quality.
