There’s only one complaint I can make about this couch. It’s comes in four large boxes (kinda heavy and I had to get them up two flights of stairs). One of the pieces is metal that allow you to attach the back of the couch to the bottom had poked through the packaging and was bent completely in half. I had to take some vice grips and very slowly bend it back straight. This took some work and time as I am not that strong. Then it was a bit bent still and wasn’t the easiest to put that last bit together. HOWEVER I did manage to get it done! I probably could have called and asked them to send me a new back but I was too impatient for that.
Now that it’s together I LOVE IT. It’s so soft! It’s the perfect size, and it is DOG APPROVED! We already had a little spill and were able to clean it up no problem, the cushions have some kind of plastic line inside them to keep liquids from absorbing into them so we just took the cover off and tossed it in the wash. The cushions are on the firmer side if that’s not your cup of tea just be advised.
Over all I adore it and so does my husband and dogs! 10/10 would recommend!

So the pillows on the back of the chair even fluffed out are not thick enough but adding pillows is no big deal. But I almost gave it a 3 for that, but the price is competitive. It was super easy to put together. When I thought I had an issue getting in contact with the vendor is impossible. They don’t have a phone number just an email address. I didn’t care for that. The chair is a bit on the firm side. For the price, and the ease of assembly there is no question. I would buy from this vender again. Don’t be scared. BUY (update 2 week into it– that stupid ottoman needs a latch for when it’s in bed mode, and the short rear pillows are a problem, my husband keeps hitting his head on the wall, Lastly I have low confidence in the arm rest…pick a better model… (The longer I own it the more I hate it, it’s painful to rest in–do not buy)

The sofa looks great and it was easy to put together. Extra points for being able to disassemble with ease in the future, if needed. I am very satisfied with the costumer support as well. Highly recommend it!

The couch is easy to assemble, and looks beautiful. The problem is the ottoman is very firm but only one of the several cushions actually grew to full size so it doesn’t line up right. After following all the directions and several attempts over 48 hours to get them to fluff, with no success, I finally took a hair dryer and got them really warm. They blew up about 3/4 of the way. We are using it in an RV so I will figure out a way to line everything up. It is frustrating though. I would be upset if this was my main sofa. It is nice and big but easy to move in smaller spaces and still very sturdy.

This set is so worth the money, a piece of cake to assemble, looks beautiful in my living room and made with high standard, very comfortable too. I am so very very happy with this sectional.

This is a standup couch. We bought it for a family room when we moved into our new house. We’ve had it for a few months now. We got it in blue. It’s a decent couch. It’s nice that the cushions Velcro, so you can take them off to clean them as well as underneath the cushions, and they stay in place when they are put back down. This is a very nice family couch as it fits our entire family of five. The Ottoman is nice to be able to store our extra blankets in, we use it daily. My husband who is 6‘1“ fits on the couch with no issue. It’s a great couch, comfort is what you would expect for the price you’re paying, and we think it will last a few years. I do have to vacuum it quite often because of it collecting dust and dirt, but that’s to be expected with young children. I do recommend it though!

I ordered this hesitantly because it was from an individual Amazon seller. I liked it so did the order.
After unpacking the boxes and laying out cushions, I had one that wouldn’t decompress so I contacted the seller. He gave me some instructions on how to get it to decompress and it worked.
I assembled and affixed the cushions with velcro that is in place for that purpose. The frame seems sturdy and get no shifts when sitting or standing. The cushions are amazingly comfortable with inner springs and foam. The material is nice and it will be easy to clean and should withstand the test of time.
As can be seen in my picture, I have a large dog that has chosen his spot on the couch. We have happiness with our choice.
Overall, I have to say that I am satisfied with my purchase and the exceptional service that I received from the seller.

This couch is pretty much perfect for our RV. The seat depth, length, and width fit our slide perfectly. I wouldn’t want this for a main couch in a house but would definitely use it for a den, basement, kids playroom, multi space, etc. the pictures are right after set up so the cushions need some time to air up and fluff. But it’s been 12 hours since set up and they’re already much improved.
Color is great, modern and clean. It seems a little firm but I’m hoping this corrects itself with more wear and use. And I know the cushions aren’t even close to fully fluffed.
Easiest set up of a box couch I’ve ever done. I’ve set up probably 6 couches that came in boxes, and this was by FAR the easiest set up.
