When the package first arrived all the parts were still intact except for one piece that arrived chipped and not functional. I really like the furniture so I contact the seller if there was a possible way to just replace one piece of the whole assembly and they were so very nice and with wonderful customer service to be able to help me with my situation. I received the new piece and was able to replace the broken one which was not the seller’s fault, it was possibly due to the fact there was a tornado weather throughout the shipment. I am so happy the furniture is all functional as well appealing and would buy again from the seller!

I was a little nervous about assembling this item. I am not used to do these things, but since I have decided to re-decorate my house, it became a necessity. Assembly service rates are very high. Previously, I ordered an item on Wayfair and I had to pay about 30% more to have it put together by a professional. That’s why when I bought my next item (also on Wayfair), I opted to do it myself and it wasn’t so bad. Amazon does not offer assembly service, so when I bought this item, I already had an idea how it works, but still was a little nervous. The assembly instructions were clear and simple. It took me 3.5 to 4 hours to get it done. It was a little challenging to attached the doors, so I recommend to ask for help to have en extra pair of hands. Otherwise everything went well. All the parts were in a perfect condition, no missing items.

Purchased this console for our home office. The price was reasonable because it’s not “real wood”. However, it looks very nice, appears to be durable, and serves as a beautiful storage place for all our office supplies and printers. The lower cabinet space wasn’t as large as I had hoped, but still decent. Took 2 people 2.5 hours to build. Would recommend.

Hello, I encountered a problem while assembling the cabinet. The problem is that the company that made the cabinet made a mistake in the right wall of the cabinet and made the holes for the right door 1/8 inch further than in the previous walls, as a result of which it is not possible to hang the door using the door adjustment system. The holes, 8 pcs, need to be drilled next to the existing ones. Tell me, what should we do? Maybe you have specialists who fix such a defect or do you need to change the cabinet? I am attaching the photos.

Excellent Quality. i just finished building this beautiful Buffet Cabinet. I was apprehensive at first to attempt this project. When opening the box, I discovered every piece was numbered and all the Hardware was separated in individual bags and numbered. The instructions were accurate and had very detailed pictures of what and where everything went. Following the instructions exactly, I was able to build this cabinet by myself. I will add that I am an 83 year old Female.

Make sure you have enough time to build, besides that, it was a breeze if you follow the instructions and lay out the pieces first. Looks exactly as shown above. It is also sturdy, does not look cheaply made at all.
