Looks really nice to store soap bar on your bath counter but I suggest if you use it to travel, put a rubber band to prevent soap case from opening and soap coming out of case.

Bought this for my son for college and he loves it, it has a built in drain, so the soap does not get slimy! It stays closed, couldn’t ask for a better dish! Highly recommend!

I have a soap bar for my face in the shower that I like to keep protected and dry. This does just that. Keeps water and germs out there’s a nice little barrier so your soap isn’t sitting in water at the bottom of your container. No water gets in when it’s completely closed. Also great fir traveling, the latch never opens on its own so your product won’t fall out!

I bought this soap holder for my acne sulfur soap which goes bad if sitting in water or exposed to the air (turns ugly brown). The sulfur soap I buy is not cheap, so got tired of replacing it. This soap holder solved the problem. It has a tray so that soap does not sit in water and the top fits snugly, but is easy to pull off. The only down side is that the barcode was glued on the clear plastic. It was VERY difficult to remove the sticky residue after removing barcode sticker

I loved using this soap dish on my recent trip to Europe. I got it in the beige/taupe color. The lid on this one closes tightly and doesn’t leak. It fits a regular size bar of soap.
Despite the complaints I see in other reviews, soggy soap doesn’t have to be an issue. If you remove the drain dish from the container, set it on a counter or shower shelf, place your wet soap on that to dry out for a few hours, then put the drain dish and soap back into the container, you won’t get an accumulation of water on the bottom of the container which would cause the soap to stay soggy. This is common sense, I fear.
I’m happy with this purchase.

This soap holder is cute. It holds a SMALL soap, so you can’t put a full-sized soap un it. A half a large bar will fit in it. I like the removable tray to put directly in the shower while traveling.
