I ordered this due to the great reviews this plunger has and I haven’t have a situation yet to use because our old plunger when the toilet clogs the plunger collapses on itself but the cons are, there are 2 issues for me: 1. longer handle and 2. plungers and brushes are not clean when used but if you need to move the whole base you need to pick up with your hands or with gloves. The brush and plunger is not locked onto base to where you can just lift up to move from either the plunger or brush handle. They need to create a better way to hold the plunger and brush in place for easier way to move the whole unit w/o having to bend down to lift the whole base.
