Size is perfect for my 10 month old granddaughter for naps or an adult guest. Very comfortable. Good price and delivery. Folds easily to put away.

Wow! I was a bit skeptical at first but I’m so glad I got this mattress ! I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 6 months now and have never felt better! I don’t wake up as often, I don’t have a lot of neck or back pains any more, it’s great!
If you are switching from regular bed mattress to Floor mattress, the first few days may take some adjusting to. For me, I like how supported I feel when I sleep on this. It doesn’t feel like I’m sinking into the mattress. Despite what some may think, this bed is soooo comfy!
It is a bit big so I’d recommend making room in a closet or somewhere to store it if you want to put it away after every use. I also like how you can fold the mattress and sit on it like a little couch if you want. It works wonderfully and is so comfy! 🙂

I bought the full size because our air mattress got a hole in it. I’m not sure what I was expecting, maybe to feel like I’m sleeping on a hard floor. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be so comfortable. You cannot feel the floor, the mattress is nice and dense, but not hard. I honestly prefer this to my actual bed. I don’t wake up with any kinds of aches or pains. My back feels great after sleeping on it. We’re planning a camping trip soon and I want to get a second one to take with me since they are so easy to fold up and move. I have been telling everyone who will listen how comfortable this is. Highly recommend.

    Pros:
Ideal Size and Flexibility: The futon fits perfectly in my van, making it a great choice for van life.
High-Quality Material: The material is both soft and firm, providing a comfortable sleeping surface.
Easy to Fold: The futon easily folds into couch mode, adding functionality and convenience.
Long-Term Comfort: It’s comfortable for long-term sleep, especially on a flat surface.

    Cons:
Performance on Slat Frames: When used on a pullout slat frame with wide gaps, the bed tends to droop slightly. Minimizing the gaps on the slat frame would improve its performance.

    Overall Opinion:
This Japanese Floor Mattress Futon is a versatile and comfortable option, particularly suited for van life. Its flexibility and material quality make it a great investment for long-term use. However, if using on a slat frame, ensure the gaps are minimized to maintain comfort.

I wanted a Japanese style futon but didn’t want to commit to an expensive mattress. This is turned out to be fantastic its nice and firm with just the right amount of cushioning. Says it’s 3 inches thick but it falls a bit short in that measurement, but i don’t notice any difference. I’ve slept on it a a couple of nights and i find it super comfortable better than my regular bed, my back doesn’t hurt in the mornings. I’m 5’9” 145 – 150 pounds and works great for me. Although I don’t see how it’s foldable, its pretty firm and doesn’t exactly bend or fold up with out maximum effort i just lean it against the wall when not in use. Maybe rolling it would work but that also takes some effort.

I’m a mom who unfortunately spends too much time in my girls’ room in the middle of the night. After many times of being dragged from my bed to their floor with the intention of getting back up but accidentally sleeping for hours, my sore body needed another solution. This has been a comfy option that has saved my back! It’s also so cute and easy to roll up and store away when not using.

Initially, I was doubtful about the Japanese futon mattress due to its thinness. The futon mattress I had used before was thicker, but it was uncomfortable, and I could feel the hard floor beneath. However, this Japanese futon is unexpectedly firm despite its slim profile. It’s comfortable to lie on, even without having aired it out completely. The quality of the materials is evident, and I’m quite taken with this futon, especially since it was priced at $69.99 before tax and shipping. Should they offer a full-sized mattress version, I would definitely purchase it.

I am pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the mattress. Great product. I’m using it as a topper on a standard mattress. It feels super on the floor as well. I highly recommend it! Go ahead and get it!
