I abuse earbuds. I wear them all day and all night. I almost always have 1 bud in my ear at any given moment.
I bought these buds, the most expensive on my list of compartive options. I was sold on the 14 hour battery life of a single bud and the ergonomic “sleep” design of the bud. As I said, I wear buds all day and I know normal bud designs (not the airpod style) tend to fall out throughout the day as they “lose grip”. The design of this bud makes it very secure in your ear. I have worn them all day and I never worry about it falling out.
Things I like:
– sound is great, and with the app you can customize your sound settings
-battery life is amazing (I used to switch buds several times a day now its once, maybe twice if my ear is starting to hurt)
-sleep feature is kind of cool, it will also track how much you roll over and which side you are sleeping on. I still only wear one bud at a time while sleeping.
-earbud design is very secure (and you get lots of ends and wings to customize earbud sizing, I changed my wings to small)
Things I don’t like:
-comfortablity. I don’t like over ear headphones because the pressure causes my ears to hurt. Three days in and the first few days my ear would start getting sore after a few hours of wearing the earbud, so I would just switch buds and be fine. At the end of day three they are starting to feel a bit more comfortable long term so maybe there is a break-in period.
-touch controls. While the abilty to choose your touch control settings, the double tap or triple tap is not sensitive enough. They designed it this way so it won’t be triggered during sleep, but tapping a bud that is securely in my ear is loud and hurts. I’m getting better at doing the double tap, but I avoid it when I can.
-no multipoint bluetooth connection. Despite being the most expensive option on my comparitive list, this was the only one that didn’t have multipoint bluetooth.
-sleep mode is unnecessary. I get why it is made the way it is, but I think the looped sleep sounds should just be available as bluetooth and just stream from the app. I struggled with the double tap touch controls default setting being switching modes which was inconvenient.
Update: It took about a full week for my ears to really adapt to this headphone style. I now find them very lightweight and so comfortable that I almost forget I am wearing it unless I am listening to something.
I absolutely love the sound quality and the ability to adjust. I have mine set to acoustic and I really like it.
The battery life on these are epic. Several times now I have accidentally left the headphone case on my desk at work and had to rely on the headphone I was wearing the last the “night” (4:30-1AM), and it did, every single time.
9/10 would recommend!

Before these Ive been using the Hush plugz silicone ear plugs – the most comfortable for quiet sleep. But i wanted to experience these A20 – maybe they would be even better?
They are cumfy… I’m a stomach/side sleeper and can comfortable put my ear against the pillow with the plugs in my ear. There are different size plugs and wings included in the box.
I use YouTube videos (sleep sounds like rain, thunder) or an app like Calm to fall asleep. The A20 recognize when I have fallen asleep and automatically changes to their in built soothing sounds for the rest of the night.
The sounds from your phone through blutooth sound great some soundscapes are so 3Drealistic you feel you are in the middle of the woods while its raining. Lovely. The inbuilt sounds from the Soundcore app are in mono though, but you wont be bothered as they still soothing and kick only in when you are at sleep (and keep you lullying in good sleep) 🙂
The controls need tapping on the earbuds. I had an issue with this but Soundcore customer service sorted it out. You can switch between bluetooth (sounds from your phone) or the inbuilt sleep sounds.
Pros: comfortable, sound great (you can use them for podcasts, music, but there is a small latency in sounds if you want to watch videos), battery last well till morning
Cons: they are tricky to put back in the case in dark, but you learn quite quickly to do it
I absolutely love these. They dont have active noise cancellation (thats why they so tiny!) but they block a bit passively and then the sounds you listen to drown any noise like snoring around you.
I highly recommend these!

My biggest problem with earbuds for sleep has been that they simply don’t last long enough. I had been using regular Anker earbuds for sleep, but they would only last about 4 hours (even though I’ve read they should last longer). I would wakeup in the middle of the night, put them in my ears, turn on my phone, select a “rain” sound, make sure it’s on repeat, and maybe they would last until morning.
These Sleep A20 earbud have completely solved all of those issues! If I play my usual “rain” sound, they’ll last about 8 hours, which is usually sufficient. If I, instead, use their built-in sounds, they last more like 14 hours! They basically end up having about 20% power still even after a long sleep! Amazing!
They’re very comfortable. My ears itch a lot and thus get scratched and irritated, so sleeping with earbuds putting more pressure on them makes them hurt a lot! These earbuds don’t put hardly any pressure on my ears at all, so only very rarely do I end up with any pain at all.
I will say, however, that you must be very selective on using their built-in sounds. Some of the sounds have a short and noticable repeat. My brain instantly picks up on that and I find myself being kept awake just waiting for the next repeat! I finally found that the “jacuzzi” sound, coupled with one of the special anti-snoring sounds, seems to work. It gives me a little water noise, which I like, but it has no noticable repeat, so even though my brain still tries to find it, I finally give up and fall asleep anyway.
There have been a few times when I go to put them in and notice that the app says the right earbud has 20% power still. I’ve been trying wipe the contacts before replacing them in the case and I think that helps.
By far the best sleeping earbuds I’ve tried so far, and they don’t cost a huge amount either!

I recently purchased these because I got a new and very noise next door neighbour who is up at all hours. I am a light sleeper so heavy walking and cupboards slamming wake me up. I was desperate for a good nights sleep and after much research I came across the Soundcore A20s. I wanted something with built in white noise sound options (the Bluetooth is also excellent but I mainly wanted these for the white noise)
Upon receiving them the set up was super quick and easy. There are many white noise sounds built into the app already for you to choose from..I also didn’t realize you can layer up to three of the white noise sounds to sort of create your perfect “noise” and upload it to the ear buds. This was SUCH a cool added feature I didn’t know about.
After easily fitting the smaller ear tip and wing tips on, I tried them out. They lasted all night, fit snuggly in my ears and I slept soundly for the first time in awhile. The charge lasted all night and I was still at 60% batter in the morning. The ONLY downside I’ve found so far is when I would sleep on my side, the earbud would dislodge a bit and I could t hear much out of that ear- but the white noise was still powerful enough that I slept through any noise my neighbour would make.
I highly recommend purchasing these!

Incroyable.
Suis ravi. Je recommande.
Je suis très content de mon achat

I bought these on Prime Day and have used them every night since they came. They come with multiple sizes for the wing tips and ear tips, so you can customize your fit. They fit nice and snug in my ears and don’t fall out when I’m sleeping. The app seems easy enough to use. I really like the sleep sounds, even though there isn’t a huge selection. I really only bought them so I could sleep in them. I have Samsung Galaxy buds and they hurt in my ears and get lost in the bed. These are perfect. The sound quality is decent enough, nothing earth shattering. The battery holds a charge for a long time. They’re super lightweight. Volume can be controlled by tapping the buds. You can also listen on Bluetooth mode and then double tap to switch to a sleep sound. Definitely recommended for side sleepers.
