My boyfriend and I bought this as a starter couch for our first apartment together. We wanted a futon in case we had guests, and this was the only space we had to put a bed, but we needed it to multi-task as a couch. The color is exactly like the other images shown in some other reviews, and it’s been fairly comfortable so far. It has a strange scent, almost like beef jerky, which is very strange to me, but I’m hoping that will soon fade away. My only real complaint is that it is MUCH shorter than I thought it would be. This thing sits only like 6 or so inches off the ground, which is normal for couches, but the cushion isn’t super think on this couch, so it makes the whole thing lower to the ground. I would definitely measure everything before purchasing anything as well. I wish there was someway to attach the cushion/armrests to the actual couch itself as well, because they fall off fairly easily. The middle console is only attached by a flap of fabric, so it functions fine, but is a tad unstable. Overall, it’s absolutely amazing for price, but definitely make sure you don’t want a couch that sits at a normal height before you buy this.

This futon arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and seems to be decent quality. The downside is that it’s VERY uncomfortable for adults to sit or lay on. The padding is pretty thin and you can feel a wooden support running straight through the center of it when laying down. It’s also much smaller than I was expecting it to be. I’d say when it’s folded flat the size is somewhere in between a toddler bed and a twin bed. For this reason you can lay on one side or the other to avoid the beam in the center unless you are really tiny. When it’s in the upright position it’s sits very low to the floor. This makes standing from a sitting position not much fun. It almost feels like you’re sitting on children’s furniture. On a plus side it’s the perfect size for my 7 and 9 year old and they enjoy both sitting, and sleeping on it.

El vinil de este sillón es en exceso delgado. Tengo otro sillón de vinil que me ha aguantado años con mis mascotas y este en un mes ya se rompió. Era muy bonito en estética, pero ya dejo de verse bien por el tema anteriormente mencionado

I should have went with my first instinct. I went ahead and kept it instead of canceling it like I was going to in the first place. Anyway, I started putting it together And I’m missing little tiny rings and one of the back legs #4 is slightly dented and to the back of the cup holder middle part that when trying to connect to( the top ones pic attached bottom ones ok) A part to B part the left and right that is, the holes that the screw goes in are too big so they fall out, plus it’s pretty hard to get it in cause the pre-drill holes are little too far apart but with little pressure it could go in but the problem is again the screw won’t stay in the hole because it’s too big. I have contacted the customer service department to let them know and I will give another review once I hear back from them. Right Now it’s a 2 star and that can change once I hear back. It is nice looking and it will serve its purpose for my office. It also could serve as purpose for a unexpected guest. But its not very comfortable, use for temporary bed purposes not for a permanent solution I suggest. It does seem a little short for anyone that is above 5.3. Can be good for my grandkids when they visit. Also I must have missed it somewhere that the armrest are not attacheable detachable like, Velcro kind of thing.

I wanted to give an update in regards to customer service with this company and I must say they are amazing!!! Not only were they quick at responding to every one of my emails and they also compensated for the dent in the leg and the missed pre-drill holes!! Amazing customer service they have !!! This is a reason that I will most likely buy from them again because they will compensate for you, if anything is wrong. Great customer service 👏 👍 So I updated the stars from a 2 to a 4 for this reason, for the willingness to go above and beyond.
