Who doesn’t love a Yankee Candle? The Pink Sands Scented Candle is one of my favorites. It smells delicious, reminiscent of warm suntan oil on a summer day.

I recently purchased Yankee Candle’s Pink Sands Scented Candle from Amazon, and let me tell you, this little gem has transformed my mom’s bathroom breaks into a mini tropical getaway. I bought it specifically for those moments when nature calls, and my mom needs a bit of olfactory assistance while she’s, well, attending to business.

The candle’s scent is like a fragrant breeze on a deserted island. Imagine if a coconut and a hibiscus had a romantic rendezvous and decided to share their love with the world. That’s exactly what Pink Sands smells like. It’s like a vacation in a jar, minus the sunburn and sand in awkward places.

Since lighting this candle, the bathroom has turned into a serene escape. Instead of grimacing at the smell of the daily “business meetings,” my mom is now greeted with a delightful aroma reminiscent of beachside cocktails and sunscreen. It’s a game changer.

Bonus points: It’s so effective that my mom now spends twice as long in the bathroom just to savor the scent. It’s a win-win! Now if only it could make the magazine selection better, we’d be golden.

It was fantastic for the first half of the candle. It burned nice and even but the aroma did not stay. Halfway down there was absolutely no scent at all

The candle smells great, but it was melted and I cannot even access the wick to light it.
UPDATE: I reported as damaged and a new one was mailed to me. I am very happy.

This is my favorite Yankee scent and I’m so happy to be able to find it on amazon at an affordable price. I did have an issue where the item arrived absolutely shattered; however, amazon was quick to offer to ship another out to me. I did have to go through the maze of amazon UI to get to a live rep though as amazon self help kept telling me to ship shattered glass back to amazon, which doesn’t sound safe to me.
