It takes some impressive products to make me brand-loyal to something, and I’m now a life-long Yeti fan. My great-niece was extolling the virtues of her own 30 oz tumbler. Initially, I thought it was very bulky. I’ve got huge hands for a woman yet I found it awkward (more on that in a sec). I also have arthritis in my fingers and hands, and I’ve been using a plastic “insulated” water bottle, so the large metal tumbler seemed way too much. Boy, was I wrong! Yes, it’s large, but the tapered bottom half makes it easy enough to grip. Plus, I often hold it via the bottom, resting on my palm, so the size issue has resolved. I realized I was too used to the lousy water bottle I’d been using (which didn’t insulate at all). Oh yeah, I can rest it on my palm because it does NOT get hot on the outside. I pour my freshly brewed coffee in and it’s room temperature on the outside and PIPING HOT when I sip it. On the other extreme, after I’m done with my coffee for the day, I put iced tea into it and the ice lasts for hours (I rinse it first in cold water). The first morning after I got it, I woke up and it still had ice; not just little pieces, but real cubes. It went the entire night sitting on my bedroom table and was still ice cold. Oh, man. No more watery tea I have to refresh every couple of hours. Now, on to the lid and mag slider. The lid is very solid, I think it’s acetate. The entire lid can be thoroughly washed (unlike the lid to my previous water bottle, which would get grungey as heck). I wasn’t sure why the sliding portion was called “mag” (maybe I didn’t research it enough?) till I put my coffee spoon on it, to keep from staining the table. When I picked the lid up, the spoon stuck to it! That’s when the “mag” feature hit me, lol. I realized the design helps prevent crud from building up along and inside it. It’s not completely leakproof, but very close with cold beverages. I tested it once when I had coffee in it and it leaked more, but I think because of the heat and pressure build-up (that’s how well it contains the warm). I now take it along with me everywhere. I don’t drive, but I’m happy to know it’ll fit in the cup holders of my family’s cars. I use a little cart to shop with and it fits perfectly in the side pocket, doesn’t leak at all, it’s easy to remove while I’m out walking and want to take a sip occasionally. I brought it on the bus recently and again, it was easy to access, have a sip or two, and put it back without disturbing anyone. There, I think I’ve covered everything. If you’re a senior with arthritis in your hand, you may want to consider the smaller mug with the handle (I almost got that one but wanted more ounces). You won’t be disappointed! And one final positive: it’s TARDIS blue! (my fellow Whovians will appreciate that.) (ADDENDUM: Shortly after I did this review, I started poking around other reviews and saw great concern about authentic vs. knock-off YETIs. Please be sure you purchase from YETI Authorized — formerly Pronghorn, so you may see references to that name. I’m glad I got it right the first time.)

Buen producto original ! No dudes en comprar solo checa que sea por la tienda yeti ya que hay mucho clon
What a great find! Super easy to install and a very close match to the original factory visor. –
This leak-proof tumbler is the perfect size and insulates for hours, keeping hot stuff piping hot and cold stuff icy cool. Sleek design fits nicely in cup holders and ability to wash in the dishwasher makes this an AMAZING item! Perfect size and great Amazon price…worth every penny and more!

I bought the 40oz Yeti because it was on sale for prime day. I have been using knockoff brands for the past two years to keep my drink cold. After the Yeti arrived I decided to give it a shot to see what all the hype was about. I poured myself a glass of cold water and within 2 hours I could tell the Yeti was a superior cup compared to all the others I’ve ever used. The Water was much colder and the ice had not even began to melt. one of the most refreshing sips I’ve ever taken and now I’m Yeti fan! 5 stars

I never would have bought a Yeti before my Aunt gave me one as a present. I thought they were just overpriced for the name. But that Yeti made me a believer! Since that time I’ve bought 2 more. It is so much better and keeping coffee warm for HOURS as well as cold things cold. The lid with the magnetic slide is SO GOOD. I love that it doesn’t have a handle to get it the way if I don’t want it… but that I can easily add a slip on handle for when I do. The 30 oz is perfect for my morning keto coffee that lasts me almost to lunch.

I love my Yeti tumblers. I have a smaller one that I love but was looking for something bigger. Found this one on Prime Day deals. I love it but I do find that it is a challenge to pick up and hold when it is full. I have smaller hands, and I cannot pick it up with one hand. The tumbler itself is heavy and with added liquid, I need to use 2 hands to pick it up. It does a great job of keeping my coffee hot for hours. I think though, in hindsight, the one with the handle would have been a better fit for me. However, I still love the tumbler and recommend to anyone who can get a good grip around the bottom with one hand (or doesn’t mind needing to use 2 hands).

I love this mug that keeps the warm/cold temperature for hours! The only thing is that it is not entirely leak proof

I’ve been using the YETI Rambler 30 oz Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler with MagSlider Lid, and it has exceeded my expectations. This tumbler keeps my water cool all day long, and the ice lasts from morning until night. It’s perfect for staying hydrated throughout the day, especially in hot weather.
The MagSlider Lid is a great feature, preventing spills and making it easy to sip on the go. The build quality is excellent, with durable stainless steel that withstands daily use. If you’re looking for a reliable tumbler to keep your drinks cold, the YETI Rambler is an outstanding choice.

Only thing I have to complain about with this one is the O-rings. Its a durable product but the cap always leaks despite never putting this thing in the dish washer. Might be better off buying replacements and stocking up, but other than that it does great. Keeps everything hot/cold forever and cant really complain. My dry cleaners definitely think I am a slob….
